Jonathan Gottschall é Distinguished Fellow no Departamento de Inglês do Washington & Jefferson College. A sua escrita, na intersecção da ciência e da arte, tem surgido em órgãos como The New York Times, The New York Times Magazine, Scientific American, The New Yorker, Oprah Magazine, The Atlantic, The Chronicle of Higher Education, Science e Nature; e em programas como Radiolab, Morning Edition e National Geographic’s StarTalk with Neil deGrasse Tyson.

É autor, ou editor, de oito livros. Storytelling foi Editor’s Choice do The New York Times e finalista do Los Angeles Times Book Prize.
